3. Who is eligible to enroll in the Company Secretary (CS) course?

Students who have completed 10+2 can enroll in the CSEET pathway to begin their CS journey early. Students who have completed graduation (Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or any other discipline), post-graduation, or allied professional qualifications can enroll directly into the CS Executive programme.

4. Is the Company Secretary (CS) qualification recognised for higher studies and Ph.D. programmes at IIMs?

Yes. The University Grants Commission (UGC) officially recognises the Company Secretary (CS) qualification as equivalent to a Post-Graduation Degree. Qualified Company Secretaries are eligible to pursue a Ph.D. programme directly at premier Indian Institutes of Management, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Nagpur, IIM Amritsar, IIM Sirmaur, and IIM Jammu.
